Wholesale Program

Under the wholesale program, CTW simply provides switching services. The wholesaler is responsible for customer provisioning via the web, monthly credit card billing and invoice generation. The wholesaler is free to establish his/her own corporate name, marketing materials, retail rates and profit margins. CTW can even assist you in establishing your own credit card merchant account and customized billing program. Wholesalers must have a strong financial position and be able to guarantee payment to CTW, by pre-paying or issuing a letter of credit or similar guarantee.
