	Rate Plans The following rates apply depending on which service you use. Your account may be set up several services. CTW charges no monthly fees or surcharges. These rates are effective 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Billing is done is six second increments with a 30 second minimum. Rates are subject to change, however, the only direction they have gone in recent years is down! To calculate a rate, simply select the appropriate country or countries. Your rate will be displayed once all selections are made. International Callback Rates These rates apply when using callback service from any country in the world. Calling from the US These rates apply for all calls made from the United States using our calling card or USA Business and Residential Long Distance Service. Calling from the Washington DC Metro Area These rates apply when calling from any phone in Washington DC Metro Area. Our local access number must be used to obtain these rates. International calling card service outside the US Call from any of 100 countries around the world
